It's not a matter of making the right choice; I'll make it so the path I choose is the right one. That's how you get to the top of the world. So what I trust most isn't logic... it's instinct. Bachira Meguru is one of the 300 chosen forwards for the "BLUE LOCK" project. He was a member of the 1st Selection's Team Z , the left wing-back in the U20 match's starting BLUE LOCK Eleven and the center forward for Spain's FC Barcha in the NEL (Neo Egoist League). He is currently a left-midfielder for Japan's U20.

Bachira Meguru is a forward with a whimsicial, child-like personality. His playstyle revolves around his monster, a figment of his imagination which guides him during his matches, and his energetic and fun dribbling style, in which he follows his instincts and does the most he can to win and have fun. He often refers to his playstyle as "dancing" , as he bounces around his opponents in his best efforts to score a goal and win. He first seeks to stay in BLUE LOCK solely to play against other players who he can seek his "monster" in, but after a realisation during his last 2nd selection match, his ego changes and forms his "fake" goal of wanting to be the BLUE LOCK's sole victor and being the worlds #1 striker into a real one.

Bachira Meguru has been consistently an above average player throughout BLUE LOCK, being the best player besides Kira at the start of BLUE LOCK's Team Z tag game rankings. He, along with other members, had contributed to the survival of Team Z in the first selection massively (e.g. being Team Z's first goal scorer againt Team V, changing his team's hopeless mindset, dragging them to a tie, guiding Isagi to multiple of his Team Z goals, etc.) . He places 7th after the 2nd selection, and 5th at the end of the NEL. After Team Z , he has consistently ranked in the top 10. (literally my goat he will never stop being the MVP when has he ever fallen off cause 2nd selection doesnt count he literally got back up the next chapter that wasnt a fall off that was the build up to his evolution he is like one of the most consistent goal scorers throughout the NEL and hes also just goated my king)

He has a very weird and cheerful personality, like genuinely the essence of the word "eccentric". In his life before BLUE LOCK hes isolated and singled out because hes seen as weird by all his peers and you KNOW how school kids r with weird people. football is basically his life and love, and the only person he really connected with was his mother. his loneliness and lack of a place where he belongs leads him into making an imaginary friend which he refers to as his "monster". This monster is basically something he could play football with, as his pre-blue lock peers couldnt catch up with his intense football obsession and instinct-based play, so the monster is basically everything he seeks in a football rival/teammate. His loneliness starts to eat away at him and he feels as if the isolation could kill him. However, blue lock changes all of this for him. Its a place full of other people like him, who played like his monster, his perfect vision of a teammate/rival. he sees this monster in isagi, who he quickly befriends. Throughout his life in blue lock he removes his monster away from something that was supressing his dreams and carefree play and attaches it onto his dream to be #1, incorporating it into his playing. Although he was isolated before blue lock, he is very carefree and extroverted with new people, and quickly befriends his teammates (that reciprocate of course..) or simply warms up to them a lot. Hes constantly oversleeping, and his first appearance is him literally in the middle of the room sucking his thumb SOUND asleep and dreaming about playing with zico. He often doesnt get angry, but he can get insane. Hes a little psychotic but thats what i love about him. his insane introduction where he does a handstand kick to igaguris face was SO PEAK bruh i do backflips everytime i see it. my favourite bachira moments are when his is on a little bit of a rampage and basically just going insane. tag game bachira was my first love cause seeing him do all them gymnastical things trying to beat kiras ass was like the best moment of my life he was out for BLOOD and i was all the way with him.I just want to melt him into resin and preserve his eternal beauty and insanity forever or hang his yellow eyeballs on my door like those christmas wreaths hes my king my goat hes just peak and i loev him sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much hes like the best thing the internet couldve shown to me the choir of ants in my head are harmonising and calling for him literally went through my twitter account and searched up bachira and 80% of my tweets are about him he is me i am him
